Handwriting for Numbers 1-10
Included in this packet are Tracing worksheets. The worksheets are a great activity for practicing the number forms for 1-10. Each sheet can be printed and put in sheet protectors or laminated for multiple use.
FYI:
Tracing can help children develop fine motor skills, which can help them with learning to write. It also helps to foster hand-eye coordination and dexterity, which are fine motor skills that need to be strengthen in young children before they start writing.
We encourage to use tracing activities in combination with other fine motor activities; allow your child to use their hands as much as possible and freely without perfection, the more they practice in a variety of ways the stronger their pre-writing skills will be and later their handwriting.
Other activities we suggest
free drawing, painting, coloring, working with playdough, using manipulatives to build such as blocks and legos.
